About Stitchvella
Stitchvella is a digital crochet pattern store based in AlmerÃa, Spain. These terms apply to purchases and use of stitchvella.com. Contact: Support@stitchvella.com. Our store is hosted by Shopify.
What you are purchasing
Products are digital PDF crochet patterns, not finished items, printed books, yarn or tools. Read the individual listing for the included files, language, crochet terminology, skill level, materials and other requirements. You need an internet connection, a compatible device and software capable of opening PDF files. Materials and equipment are purchased separately.
Orders and prices
Provide an accurate email address and payment information so your order can be processed and your files delivered. Prices, currency, applicable taxes and the final total are displayed at checkout. Purchases are one-time payments unless a listing clearly states otherwise. If we cannot supply an order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unavailable item. We will not substitute a different item or charge an additional amount without your agreement.
Digital delivery
Patterns are offered for instant digital download after successful payment confirmation. Access instructions are provided with the order. Processing checks or technical issues may delay access; contact us if your download is missing. No physical shipment or shipping fee applies. Use of patterns
Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive licence to download and use the purchased pattern for your own crochet projects. Copyright remains with the relevant rights holder. Do not resell, share, upload, redistribute or claim authorship of the PDF, its text, charts or images without permission or a legal right to do so. Any permissions for selling finished items are stated in the individual listing or pattern; contact us if unclear.
Refunds and consumer rights
Our Return and refund policy provides a 14-day cancellation and refund period. Rights concerning missing, faulty or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected. Nothing in these terms waives mandatory consumer protections. Merely purchasing or downloading a file does not by itself constitute a waiver of statutory withdrawal rights.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code or infringe the rights of others. Crochet results depend on materials, gauge, technique and experience; this does not limit your rights if the pattern is defective or does not match its description.
Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is collected and used. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information in support requests.
Changes and disputes
Updates to these terms apply prospectively; the terms in effect when you place an order apply to that purchase. Spanish law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings in your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve an issue. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
