Digital Download Policy — No Physical Shipping

What we deliver
Stitchvella sells digital crochet patterns in PDF format only. You will not receive a finished crochet item, a printed pattern, yarn or tools. No postal address is used for shipping and no shipping fee applies. Billing information may still be requested during checkout.

Instant download
Patterns are offered for instant download once payment is successfully confirmed. Follow the download instructions supplied with your order and check the email address used at checkout. Pending payments, payment checks or technical interruptions may delay access. An order confirmation alone does not mean a pending payment has cleared.

Before purchasing
Review the listing for the file contents, language, terminology, skill level and materials. To download and read a pattern, you need an internet connection, sufficient device storage and a compatible PDF reader. Printing is optional and is your responsibility.

If you cannot find or open your file
Check your spam or junk folder and confirm you used the correct purchase email. Save the PDF to your device and try opening it in a PDF reader. If access is missing, a link does not work or a file appears damaged, email Support@stitchvella.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will help you obtain the correct file. Do not send full payment-card details or passwords.

Keeping your files
Save a personal backup after downloading. Do not share download links or redistribute the PDF. The permitted use of the pattern is described in our Terms of service and the individual product listing.

Cancellation and refunds
See our Return and refund policy for our 14-day cancellation policy and remedies for missing or faulty digital content. Digital delivery does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
